If you fill your refrigerator with warm drinks/food on your arrival, it will take a very long time to cool your items and possibly freeze the water line to your ice-maker (if your unit has one), causing the refrigerator to go into overdrive trying to cool everything. You can go to CVS (open 24/7 across Truman) to purchase a bag of ice to cool your items quickly. They also sell beverages, food, beach accessories. If you are a guest at Abbey Road, there is an ice-maker above the washer/dryer on the second floor deck.
